DOLCI SWEETS

There are many authentic sweets including cannoli – (a tubular pastry that is filled with vanilla or chocolate custard cream). Storch – a pastry that is made and fried and then topped with sugar – very morish.
Almond bread – Cooked and thinly sliced bread containing almonds that is toasted in the oven. Pasta di Mandorla - Almond biscuits – this is a sort of a macaroon that is sprinkled with icing sugar after cooking - these are absolutely delicious.

Then we have the other range of biscuits such as the Italian Shortbread, Macadamia biscuits, Date biscuits - just to name a few.
