ITALIAN DELI

We are still in the process of securing a Deli to produce and sell all the authentic marinades such as grilled capsicums, grilled zucchinis, antipasto, marinated octopus and calamari, all diffirent types of olives, salamis and cheese. Locally made pasta was also for sale at the Deli.

This year the Deli at the Festival proved to be very popular. Another attraction is the Coffee Stall – supplying the cappuccinos, short blacks and all the other types of coffee and tea beverages that we all enjoy.
